The author of Xiyuan Hospital Ode is Professor Zhang Qicheng from School of Management, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. The Ode has eight paragraphs with a total of 893 words, which fully demonstrates the history, human geography, cultural heritage and brilliant achievements of Xiyuan Hospital. The words therein are simple and elegant, and the whole article is magnifi-cent, vividly showing the spirits of Xiyuan Hospital. The Bronze Slips in Xiyuan Hospital were built by China Architectural Culture Center. The works are 11.5 meters long and 2.5 meters wide, with 20 cm antique ornamentation on the side. The characters engraved adopt classic Wei rubbing font in the original complex form, making people feel a strong historical and cultural atmosphere.
